1. How do I purchase an Individual Lesson or a Package of Multiple Lessons?

1. Purchase. Add the session or package that fits your needs to your cart, select a date and time from the available time slots and check out.

2. Confirmation. Once you check out, you'll receive a confirmation for your lesson with simple instructions for logging in at your chosen date and time. We'll send this to the email address you provided at check out.

2. Can I select the instructor for my Lesson?

Not at this time. You'll be assigned an instructor from our roster of carefully vetted and highly qualified For the Love of Hockey instructors.

They are trained to provide the same level of service through a standardized curriculum and measures of efficacy.

3. Can I be issued a refund if I'm not Satisfied with my lesson?

Absolutely!

All lessons are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you were not 100% satisfied with your class, simply reach out at kristina@fortheloveofhockey11.com and we'll refund you your money within 24 hours. No questions asked.

4. Can I purchase a few sessions as a package?

Yes! You can purchase a 4-, 8- or 12- session packages. These are highly recommended because you'll able to take advantage of our bulk discount, while we'll able to establish goals for your player and track his or her progress against those goals.

To get started select a package and check out as you typically would. Our convenient Booking Portal will let you schedule your sessions all at once or one or a few at a time.

5. Can I re-schedule my lesson?

You can re-schedule any of your lessons as long as it's more than 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled session.

Simply adjust the date in our convenient Booking Portal.

6. Can I cancel my lesson?

You can cancel as long as it's more than 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled lesson. We'll issue you a full refund.

Cancellations past this grace period are non-refundable to honor the value of our coaches' time.

7. What equipment do I need for my virtual lesson?

Please make sure you have reviewed our minimum setup requirements prior to your session.

8. How will I know if my child is progressing in his training?

We'll establish a baseline across three dimensions for your player after his or her first session. This information is sent to the parent/guardian in the form of a ratings scale after the first session.

The difference in the ratings will show evidence of progress. In the rare occasion that we don't see progress, we'll discuss the possibility of discontinuing virtual sessions.
