Refund policy

Each item is guaranteed for production defects or receipt of damaged materials. If you're not satisfied with one of our pieces, please send back for refund, repair, or replacement.

Orders are eligible for return or exchange through our website within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned using a return label generated by our customer service team within 14 business days of processing in unworn and unwashed condition with original tags & packaging. Please note we are not responsible for items using an incorrect mailing address or label created outside of our system. 

The value of returned items will be refunded within 14 business days after it is received in new condition with tags and original packaging. Returns will absorb a flat fee of $9 to help offset processing, shipping, handling, and repackaging costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refund will be made to the original payment method.
