Processing and Shipping 

How long does it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?

All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of being placed. For the Love of Hockey ships with USPS or UPS. Once your package arrives in the post office, you will receive your items from 2-7 days on average, in the USA.

*Excludes orders placed on Postal Holidays, Weekends, Pre-Orders, and Pending Payments

Where does For the Love of Hockey ship from?

All orders are shipped from Riverside, CT. 

Where is my tracking? 

Every order placed on the website comes with tracking, except for most orders containing only stickers. Sticker orders are shipped through standard mail and arrive in the typical amount of time as mentioned above.

If you place a clothing order and do not receive tracking via email, your tracking may have ended up in your spam folder. You may also have entered an invalid email address when placing your order. If you still cannot find your tracking number feel free to email us and we will gladly send you your tracking info. 

What if I placed two orders in the same day but only received one tracking number?

If you place 2 or more orders within 24 hours, we may combine orders at our discretion, only if they are shipping to the same location. We do this for logistical reasons. 

What if I placed one order but received two tracking numbers? 

Some orders may be split shipped, at our discretion. We do this for logistical reasons. If you place an order with a pre-ordered item and an in-stock item, we may also split ship your order, at our discretion.

Do I have to pay customs or other fees? 

If placing an order to be delivered outside of the USA, your order may be subject to additional charges. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, VAT, charges, or other fees that may incur due to importing into the buyer's country. For the Love of Hockey LLC is not responsible for any of these additional charges. Please refer to your country's laws and import taxes for further information.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Each item is guaranteed for production defects or receipt of damaged materials. If you're not satisfied with one of our pieces, please send back for refund, repair, or replacement.

Orders are eligible for return or exchange through our website within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned using a return label generated by our customer service team within 14 business days of initial processing in unworn and unwashed condition with original tags & packaging. Please note we are not responsible for items using an incorrect mailing address or label created outside of our system. 

The value of returned items will be refunded within 14 business days after it is received in new condition with tags and original packaging. Returns will absorb a flat fee of $9 to help offset processing, shipping, handling, and repackaging costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refund will be made to the original payment method. 

Exchanges

We will accept limited exchanges under the same terms and will take up to 14 business days to process. Exchanges will be processed for free. 

Guarantee

The For the Love of Hockey guarantee and return policy does not cover general wear, normal usage, or damage caused by accident or by using the item outside of its intended purpose, nor does it include items purchased on sale or with discounts. Returns and exchanges are only eligible on purchases within the continental United States and do not apply to international orders. This includes animal damage, damage due to mishandling by third parties, extreme wear, or any alterations made to the item. Disregard for the cleaning and care instructions, abuse of product, or neglect are not covered. Please note every item is subject to an evaluation by our Customer Service Team.

Items that do not perform their intended purpose will be eligible for repair, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us immediately with full details of the damage. Your request will be processed by our Customer Service Team once the item is received and evaluated.

General wear is considered abrasion, fading, stretching, marking or other breakdowns cause by normal use over an extended period of time. The lifetime of an item is considered the time period in which an item can serve its intended purpose through normal wear and usage.
