Who is the app for?

The Rate Your Coach app is available to anybody who adheres to our Community Standards .

Can I submit an anonymous rating?

Yes, we want honest ratings and as such we have taken measures to allow user to submit anonymously. Simply sign up with your email address to use the app. Your email address is never revealed. Enter your name as anonymous.

Can I add a coach who's not in the app yet?

Yes! We welcome new coach profiles.

Sign up to use the app and submit a coach profile. The form will walk you through the submission process. New coach profiles are added in real time.

I don't agree with a coach's rating. Is there anything I can do?

If you believe a submission doesn't represent reality, is abusive, or doesn't adhere to our Community Standards , you can report it through the app.

You can also submit your own rating of the coach.

The right coach will exhibit all of these attributes and behaviors.

Ben offers private and group lessons (with the assistance of his father who is a wealth of information). He has been very helpful over the years my son has worked with him. He is knowledgeable from years of coaching at many different levels, as well as being a player. We are able to let Ben know what needs worked on (based in the team coach) and he changes things up. He explains things clearly. Always has been accommodating with schedule changes on our end.
