As a USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach, Grady has worked with esteemed organizations including Draft Choice Hockey, Cold Rush Hockey, Hardcore Hockey, and BTB Hockey Training. His vast experience and unique ability to breakdown skills Grady is one of the top skills coachs in the region, training over playesr 30 players who are currently competing in prestigious leagues such as the NHL, AHL, NCAA, USHL, NAHL, and US Women's National Team.
