Virtual 45-Minute Training Session

45-minute stickhandling virtual session with a For the Love of Hockey-approved coach. 

What you'll need

• Open space (minimum 6 feet x 6 feet with no obstacles)
• Laptop of computer with internet connection
• Basic familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet or a similar online meeting platform 
• Athletic clothing and shoes (no crocs)
• Hockey Stick (a second hockey stick is recommended for certain drills)
• A few pucks and training balls 
• Water bottle

Come prepared

• Come to your session prepared to work to get the most out of your investment 
• Come hydrated and energized
• Join 5 minutes prior to your appointment and your instructor will let you in shortly after
