Neal offers various modalities of private instruction on synthetic ice during the spring and summer and via holistic hockey development clinics in ice rinks in Greenwich and Stamford during the regular season.

AHL to today
Neal began coaching after an injury ended his professional career at the in the AHL. He lives in Norwalk with his girlfriend of ten years and our three dogs.
Neal is currently the Mite Program Director and Head Coach as well as the Peewee A Head Coach for the Greenwich Cardinals Youth Hockey Association.
Highschool and beyond
Neal’s love and passion for the game over the last 29 years has helped guide his coaching career. Bringing his experience from high school, Neal loves applying what his highschool players teach him throughout the school year to younger players.
